No matter whatever materialistic things we have achieved at the end it is our mindset which defines quality of our life. Many people don’t even understand the meaning of life and simply get carried away and controlled by surroundings, for them life is all about mere existence. Many end life without even living it completely and fully. Fortunate are those who are aware of their own mind, a key to happiness. Today, calm and happy mindset is the real wealth of an individual. Understanding these aspect lets teach positivity and happy mindset among kids in schools and home.

- Morning with positivity:
We wake up with an energy and one more blissful day ahead, for making the most of it, let’s wake up early and plan entire day. Once we plan the entire day it goes on in the same manner as we are applying the principle of “secret” for entire day. With such a plan we are instilling positivity among students and a faith that things will work as per them.
- Goals :
No goal, no life. Without a goal life is meaningless. Although we plan to wake up early and plan entire day, there should be some goal to be achieved for which can plan day. The consistent efforts for achieving goals make us alive and energetic in life.
- Health and family:
Whatever we can achieve it is all for our physical body needs and a family. Relationship add meaning to life and we students should be taught the importance of health and family. It is believed that once we have family to look after we perform better in paths of life.
- Meditation and exercise:
All the quality life begins with quality thoughts. To control such thoughts we need to first control mind. Meditation is the bets way through which we can control our minds and also can make it calm. After mind the rest of the body can be well maintained by exercises. It is through exercise that we make our body energized. Lets make students to leran meditation and exercises.
- Presence of mind:
The problem about our own mind is that if we don’t train it to think in positive it will only dwell in past of future. But, the quality of life is decided by living the present moment completely. If we are able to make the most out of our present moment and each second then we can surely enjoy entire life journey.
